The Process

How It Works

From first contact to move-in ready, we've kept every step as simple as possible - because when you need somewhere to stay, the last thing you need is complexity.

Step by Step

A Simple Process Built Around You

Whether it's an emergency displacement, an insurance claim or a planned refurbishment, the process is the same - tell us what you need, and we'll take care of everything else.

Here's how it works.

2

We Recommend the Right Unit

Based on your needs, we'll advise the most suitable unit from our range - considering family size, duration, site access and any specific requirements. We accommodate up to 5 people and will always point you towards the best option for your situation.

3

Delivery & Setup

We deliver the unit to your chosen location - driveway, private land or another suitable site - anywhere in the UK. We handle installation and utility connections, so everything is ready before you arrive.

4

Move In

Your unit is fully equipped and ready to live in from day one. We remain on hand throughout your stay for anything you need, and handle collection when your stay comes to an end.
