Our Units

These aren't caravans in the traditional sense. Our fifth wheel units are spacious, well-appointed homes - designed and built for comfortable, long-term living in all seasons.

What to Expect

A Proper Home, Not a Compromise

When most people think of a caravan, they think of something small, cramped and temporary in the worst sense of the word. Our fifth wheel units are a different proposition entirely.

With electrically operated slide-outs that expand the living space once on site, full double glazing, insulation designed for four-season living, and interiors finished to a genuinely high standard, these are spaces you can live in comfortably - not just survive in.

Every unit is fully self-contained. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge - everything you need is there, equipped and ready. You move in with your clothes and personal belongings, and that's it.

Room by Room

Here's what you'll find when you step inside.

Lounge & Dining

The living area is the heart of the unit - and it feels like it. Large tinted windows flood the space with light, while reclining theatre seating, a generous TV and entertainment setup, and an electric log-effect fire make it genuinely comfortable to spend time in. A sleeper sofa and dining area with seating for four round out the space.

Bedroom

The bedroom slide-out creates a genuinely spacious room - enough for a UK king size bed with room to move around it comfortably. Wardrobes, overhead storage, bedside outlets and the option for a bedroom TV make it feel more like a hotel room than any caravan you've stayed in before.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with enough worktop space, storage and appliances to cook proper meals - not just heat things up. Solid surface countertops, quality cabinetry and a full-size fridge freezer raise the bar well above what you'd expect.

Bathroom

Year-Round Comfort

Built for All Seasons

These units are engineered for four-season living - not just summer use. Whatever the weather outside, you'll be comfortable inside.

Heating

Blown warm air central heating with in-floor ducting keeps the whole unit evenly warm. The electric log-effect fire adds comfort and ambience in the living area.

Air Conditioning

Full air conditioning keeps the unit cool in summer. Combined with full double glazing and upgraded insulation, the internal temperature stays comfortable year-round.

Full 240v Power

Fully wired for 240v throughout - all appliances, sockets and USB outlets run on mains power. No compromises on what you can use or run.
